Mental Health & Well-being Programme
From Pressure to Resilience. From Silence to Support.
Young people face growing academic pressure, career uncertainty, family expectations, social comparison and emotional stress. Yet many still hesitate to speak openly or seek timely support.

Framework of Mental Health & Well-being
Our well-being framework helps young people understand their emotions, develop healthy
coping skills, access support and build greater resilience for everyday challenges.
Recognise
The first stage helps young people understand emotions, stress, academic pressure and common mental-health challenges. Awareness enables them to recognise when they or someone around them may need support.
Express
We create safe and supportive spaces where young people can talk openly, ask questions and share concerns without judgement. This helps reduce stigma and encourages healthy conversations around emotional well-being.
Strengthen
Participants develop practical life skills such as emotional regulation, communication, stress management, problem-solving and healthy coping strategies that help them respond more effectively to difficult situations.
Thrive
Young people are encouraged to apply these skills in everyday life and seek appropriate support whenever required. Where necessary, they may be connected with qualified professionals for specialised guidance or counselling.
