Framework of Mentorship
Our women empowerment framework supports participants from understanding their
aspirations to building capabilities, accessing opportunities and moving towards greater
independence.
Discover
In the first stage, we understand each participant’s aspirations, education, existing skills, interests and challenges. This helps us identify the areas where she needs guidance, support or opportunity.
Build
Participants strengthen essential capabilities through education support, digital skills, communication, financial awareness and employability training. The focus is on building confidence and practical skills for the future.
Enable
In this stage, women are connected with relevant opportunities such as education, skill programmes, employment, entrepreneurship, mentorship and government schemes based on their individual goals and circumstances.
Progress
Participants receive continued guidance as they pursue education, employment or livelihood opportunities. The focus is on strengthening independence, decision-making and confidence while supporting their long-term personal and economic progress.
Be Part of the Programme
Support women in building capabilities, accessing opportunities and exercising greater agency over their futures.
